Issue: While scanning with Artec Eva and Artec Space Spider in Artec Studio 17 you may sometimes encounter the error "Tracking Lost"
Cause: the issue is in the product, will be fixed in future releases.
Solution: The issue is fixed in Artec Studio 17 HotFix 2 if you still experience the issue, please get in touch with Artec Support Team
Scan with "Motion tolerance" option enabled -> Scan -> Advanced
