Issue: The Artec Installation Center application fails to launch and displays a "bad allocation" error
Cause: the configuration file is corrupted.
Solution:
1) Perform a re-login by following the instructions from this article
2) If the issue persists, delete the aic.dat and cache files in the following folder:
C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\Artec\Artec Installation Center
