Artec Installation Center does not launch with error message: "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)"

Update: the issue has been resolved in Artec Studio 15.1.1.38, please update to the latest version.
In case the issue still occurs in Artec Studio version 15.1.1.38 (or newer), please contact support@artec3d.com

 

Issue: Artec Installation Center does not launch and displays the following error message:

Cause: Visual C++ Redistributable is corrupted for some reason

 

Solution: In order to resolve the issue, please download and install the latest Visual C++ Redistributable (2015-2019), then try running the application again.
