Issue: Artec Installation Center does not launch and displays the following error message:
Cause: the required dll files were not installed during Artec Installation Center setup. This a known issue which will be addressed in the next version of Artec Installation Center.
Solution: In order to resolve the issue, please download and install the latest Visual C++ Redistributable (2015-2019), then try running the application again.
