Symptoms:
Under certain circumstances you may get the message "Error close resource file" during saving of data to microSD card on your Leo scanner.
Solution:
If possible, check your microSD card on a computer. Try writing any files to it and check if it works.
On your Leo scanner, try formatting your microSD card:
- Tap
. - Select Storage.
- Tap Format SD card.
Important:
Formatting a microSD card will wipe all data from it.
Should the above not help, try using another microSD card instead.
