"Cannot connect to Artec Ray II" connecting to Artec Ray II via Artec Remote

Issue: "Cannot connect to Artec Ray II. Check your device's Wi-Fi connection" error message in Artec Remote while connecting to Artec Ray II using proper login credentials.


Cause: The scanner has older firmware installed.


Solution: Please update Artec Ray II firmware to v6.04.204. More information is available in the article.
