"Incorrect username or password" while logging/activating Artec Leo scanner

 

Issue: You may see "Incorrect username or password" while logging or trying to activate Artec Leo scanner.

 

Cause: You are using a different account specified for Artec Leo activation and this account does not have enough privileges.

 

Solution 1:

Please either use the account specified while purchasing the Artec Leo scanner

Solution 2:

Or please send the email to support@artec3d.com, we will assign the required rights and you can use this account. However please note that it is possible to import the project only if Artec Studio and Artec Leo are under the same account, otherwise, you will see "Access denied" or "Project format is incompatible with Artec Studio"error message. Please add the Artec Studio account to the Trusted accounts list
